Since I don’t know how to cut my own hair, I unfortunately have to get someone else to do it for me….and I hate it every time I get it cut.
I will bring in a picture of what I want, and I will ask them "Can you do this and do I have the right kind of hair for it to look like this, because if not, I don’t want my hair cut." Not being rude. And then they will tell me yes, and I can tell when they are cutting it that it’s wrong. Or at least I think, but I can’t say anything because I don’t know how to cut hair! What do I tell them? And should you still pay for a haircut you don’t like?
And if I happen to like the haircut, which I doubt, how much should I tip at a salon?
I haven’t had any luck finding someone who knows how to cut hair. It’s always uneven. I spent .00 at a spa and it’s still screwed up. Any suggestions???

The key skills in this shape are over-direction and finger placement when layering. The result is a beautifully crafted layered bob sporting disconnection for movement and grace.
